Capability and SPC

Control of processes gives you the opportunity to produce the quality your customer expects. We can offer a training that is aimed to companies and organizations which focus that their processes and products will exceed customer requirements and expectations.

Background

The quality of processes or products is often expressed by the customers requirements or own goals. To be sure that you can always meet the expectations, you must be able to measure and control the quality in your own process.

If you do a thing several times, usually the results show small differences. Random affecting factors are not stable or constant. Thus they will influence the process or product in different manner. This is called natural variation. In statistical process control you allow this natural variation and you want only react if a process or product shows systematic variations caused by controllable factors. In this case the process or product outcome is abnormally or unstable and needs to be adjusted.

Education	You will train in how to implement the calculation of capability parameters and applying statistical process control in order to build your skills. During the practical training, you will also get the possibility to use a number of helpful tools, which are a support for effective work.

Provide knowledge and skill in a method to ensure that the true quality of a process or a product is known and can fullfill the customer requirements.

Specialist- and Basictraining
The target group is primarily people who work with technical production data or within production quality.

Disposition

The program is built on theoretical and practical sections. All trainings offered from Q2 Kvalitetsutveckling are based on an experience-based pedagogy.
