Process Orientation

Process thinking is a step fowards to a more efficient organization. We can offer an education that is aimed for companies and organizations which want practical work with process management and process mapping of business processes to strengthen their competitiveness and to make the employees involved in the development.

Background

In a traditional organization, it is easy that information gaps occur, that employees feel left out, and that people only see their share of the work and forget that everybody is a cog in a long chain. The development will suffer, changes are difficult and takes a long time to implement.

During working with business and quality, process orientation is an excellent method. Processes is not really a new concept, but rather something that is ongoing. The challenge is to get all employees to be aware of and have sufficient knowledge to be able to identify the processes that occur in an organization.

For most organizations, it is now a matter of survival to be able to change quickly, improve and adjust their activities by market preferences.
