Hired as interim manager of both industrial companies or service organisations and has been working with business development since 1992.

Experience and expertise is available from many bransches (telecom, automotive, packaging, food, pharma and manufacturing) and various working areas (management, sales, marketing, product development, production, logistics and quality).

Klaus Mailer has specialized in the areas of managing and implementing development projects, change management, corporate governance, national or international growth effort, improvement project, process optimization and operational monitoring. He also has extensive experience in providing support and being a mentor for other managers in these areas.

Previously, he was responsible for a group turnaround, and worked with the acquisition and sale of businesses.

He has skills and is trained in Lean, 6-Sigma, TQM, SQA and UGL.
